Mike Sullivan

Mike Sullivan serves on Newmark’s Property Management team, exclusively managing Chevron Partners’ portfolio. He manages all aspects of property management, including tenant relations, financial reporting, maintenance coordination, and vendor contracting—with a long-term focus on portfolio performance and value.

Mike’s expertise in property management allows him to effectively manage multiple properties simultaneously. He is committed to providing exceptional service to tenants and ensures all properties under his care are well-maintained and operating smoothly.

Prior to joining Chevron Partners, Mike managed over 300,000 square feet of commercial property at CBRE. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Communication from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
