Vanessa Rozier

Vanessa Rozier serves as a Development Manager for Chevron Partners, bringing over 20 years of commercial real estate experience to the firm. She is involved in all facets of design and construction, managing the firm’s residential and mixed-use projects.

Prior to joining Chevron Partners, Vanessa served as Director of Development for a real estate firm specializing in ground-up retail development and retail petroleum stations throughout Northern New England and Metro Boston.  Vanessa has a broad level of understanding of the development process including entitlements, financial analysis, construction management, environmental and design with a proven ability to see the big picture.
