Jimmy Hodgson

Jimmy Hodgson serves as Chevron Partners’ Acquisition & Asset Management Associate. His responsibilities include underwriting potential acquisitions, investment analysis for current assets, and assisting with financial reporting.

Jimmy plays an integral role in evaluating new investment opportunities and supporting the performance of existing assets. His analytical insight and strategic approach help guide data-driven decisions that support the long-term growth and value of the firm’s portfolio.

Prior to joining Chevron Partners, Jimmy spent two and a half years at Grander Capital Partners, where he focused on underwriting new acquisitions and optimizing the operations of their Boston portfolio. His work included financial analysis for existing assets, lease negotiations, financial reporting, and managing tenant and lender relationships. Jimmy holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics-Finance from Bentley University.
