Emerson Madeira serves as the Labor Foreman for Lazare Builders, Chevron Partners’ construction subsidiary.
He manages all field labor as well as the coordination of construction jobsite logistics, site safety, and subcontractor management. Emerson ensures that every Lazare project is met with the highest standards.
